The screen recorder that zooms,
edits and posts for you.

Auto-zoom on every click. Edit by deleting words. Straight to YouTube. All in the browser.

No credit card required

Step 01 — Record

Record in the browser. Nothing to download.

Pick a tab, a window or the whole screen. Screen, camera and microphone each record to their own track in crisp 4K.

Set up the recording
Browser tab App window Entire screen
Camera Microphone 4K · 60fps
Start recording REC 00:03
Step 02 — Post-production

Post-production runs the moment you stop recording.

Rescreen processes the take automatically: the frame zooms into every click, the camera takes the frame where the screen sits still, and the audio is levelled with background noise removed.

Step 03 — Edit

Edit the recording like a document.

Trim the ends, then delete words. Strike a sentence from the transcript and it leaves the video. Filler words and dead air are already found for you.

Questions before you record.

The things people ask most often about how Rescreen actually works.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Rescreen records, edits and publishes in the browser. There is no app to download, no extension to approve and no admin password to hunt down — which matters if you are recording on a locked-down work laptop.

Does it work on Windows and Chromebook?

Yes. Anything running a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Arc will record. That is the main practical difference from Screen Studio, which is a macOS application.

Can I record my screen and camera at the same time?

Yes, and they stay on separate tracks. Your camera appears as a circle you can move to any corner, resize, or hide for stretches where the screen should carry the lesson on its own.

What happens after I stop recording?

Rescreen runs post-production on the take automatically: the frame zooms in wherever you click, the camera takes the frame where the screen sits still for a few seconds, and the audio is levelled with background noise removed.

How does editing like a document work?

Rescreen writes down everything you said. Delete a sentence from the transcript and it leaves the video, with the audio closed up behind it. Every "um", "uh" and long pause is found and marked for you, so you can drop them all at once.

Can I publish straight to YouTube?

Connect your channel once and Rescreen uploads the finished cut with your title, description, chapters and captions. Chapters come from the transcript, so a course module arrives already sectioned. You can also just download the 4K file.

How is this different from Loom?

Loom is built for sending a quick message to a colleague. Rescreen is built for producing a finished lesson: it zooms on your clicks, cuts from the transcript, and publishes to YouTube as the last step rather than handing you a share link.

Your next video is one recording away.

Record it, edit it like a document, publish it. No download, no timeline.
